Jess, founder of J's Dance FactoryJ’s Dance Factory was founded by social entrepreneur Jessica Elliott on 1st September 2007 with a total of 10 students. Jessica set up what was then the small dance class whilst at university studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Therapy. She wanted to provide affordable dance sessions for children in the local area. Within weeks classes were full and waiting lists were growing longer for children to join the ever popular young school.

On graduating from university Jessica developed the school further by adding more classes and employing more instructors to meet demand. The school continues to go from strength to strength daily and ever expanding with new branches popping up across London. Jessica has also developed a programme for schools ‘Dancing After School’ which provides classes for schools and training for staff – www.dancingafterschool.com.

Jessica has received a number of awards for her fantastic achievements.
